Lavender Hydrosol is the floral water separated from the essential oil during the hydrodistillation process. They contain colloidal suspensions of essential oils as well as water-soluble components obtained by steam-distillation. We have two hydrosol mixtures. "Angustifolia" and "Grosso". The Angustifolia has a sweeter floral note while the "Grosso" has more of a clean sent.
